We are going to prepare a typical drink from India and Nepal, and surely you have tried it, because it is requete-delicious: we are talking about “Mango Lassi”, a yogurt and mango shake, fresh and good, very good. Ingredients

  • 1 handle
  • 2 natural yogurts
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • milk (optional)

Elaboration:

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into small squares.
  2. Put the mango with the honey and yogurt in a blender and zaaaas: crush everything without mercy!
  3. To make the smoothie more liquid add the amount of milk you want.
  4. Put in the fridge so that the lassi gets very fresh, and if you can't wait to taste your smoothie, pour an ice cube and that's it: enjoy the lassi mango!
