There were people who ended up losing their minds trying to understand how to travel Disnelyland, how to do it with children, and what happens to the queues ... There were others who of the burden began to suffer hallucinations of Mickey Mouse with the body of Freddy Kruger ... As we do not want anything weird I passed you, we prepared a miniguide with a few Tips for visiting Disneyland Paris!

If you want more information, visit our TRAVEL GUIDE TO PARIS

You can do it on the official website but be careful, it is sometimes more expensive than the offers that are around the Internet. If you are only interested in the entrance to Disneyland Park Paris, a good idea is to buy it here, in Get Your Guide. A very good option if you also need transportation to the Park is to buy them on the Civitatis website. They have this offer that includes:

  • Panoramic bus from / to Paris to / from Disneyland (1 hour ride)
  • Entrance to the Disneyland Park Paris

Of course, if you want to save a little money, it is best to get to the Park for free. You will have to take a train (RER line A) and go to the Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy stop (the train / subway takes 40 minutes and costs € 7 approx) and buy only the one-day ticket, as we mentioned before.

Since the Disneyland attractions are many and the venue is huge, our advice is to use the free train that surrounds the park to see which ones really interest you and thus save time and headaches.

Outside each attraction there is a counter that tells you the estimated queue time (they are usually very reliable). A correct time is about 20 minutes. The busiest attractions may have higher wait times (40 min up) so maybe you can be interested in the fast pass option…

There is some attraction that has this service: the fast pass is a pass that allows you to access them without the need to make kilometer lines. How do you get it? When you enter the park go with your entrance to the fast pass machines that are near the attractions, here they will give you a ticket with a schedule in which you can get on the attraction without having to queue!

Thanks to the fast pass you can save a few minutes of planning that will prevent you from getting stuck and stuck.

These are the attractions where you can use the fast pass:

  • Big Thunder Mountain (The Mine)
  • Indiana Jones et le Temple du Peril
  • Peter Pan's Flight
  • Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast
  • Space Mountain: Mission 2
  • Star tours

The downside is that you can only use one fast pass at a time: until you have used it, you cannot go to another attraction and get another ...

A great idea for daddies with young children: while the father queues for an attraction not allowed to the little ones, the mother keeps the little devil angel. When the dad, dizzy from the experience, returns to the mainland, he will stay with the little one while the mother will be able to go up to the attraction by exchanging the baby (without having to queue again!)

On arrival, find out about the show of the day (many are fixed but others are not) and about the time ... so you can plan well! They are very worth it! To see the schedules of the shows and horseback riding, check this calendar

The ideal would be at least 1 day per park (1 day for Disneyland and another for Walt Disney Studio) but if you only have one day of time / budget we believe that it is best to take advantage of it to see Disneyland!

Go ahead that for tastes the colors (and of course, that it is very different to go with children or with your partner) peeeero for us the best attractions of Disneyland Paris are (the order is purely casual):

Pirates of the Caribbean

Did you know that the movie is inspired by this attraction and not vice versa? As you can imagine, there is water in between and it is that you will sail by boat and you will discover suggestive corners like the Hurricane Lagoon and yes, you will live the odd substitute (yes, little one ... come go spoiler: there are a couple of fast descents and you will find yourself in the middle of an XD battle). Of course, if you travel with a child do not worry, that for them it is also perfect.

Where: Adventureland area

Peter Pan's Flight

It is one of the most beloved attractions by children (and yes, one of the most visited so it is best to pull fastpass).

Where: Fantasyland area

Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast

If you are a crazy ToyStory you can not miss it, it is perfect for each type of audience and consists of a tour aboard a car with which we will help the mythical Buzz Lightyear to defeat Zurg ... How? With some laser gunshots, the better you shoot, the more points they point on a marker.

Where: Discoveryland area

Big thunder mountain

If the roller coasters are cool, you have to go up here although if you like strong emotions, it may leave you with something cold ... come on, which is thought more by a small (or dizzy) audience. The best thing is that it will seem to you that you have traveled to the old West (although here you will pass through underground tunnels… water!).

Where: Frontierland area

Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain

If with the previous roller coaster we move to the Far West mines, with this we fly directly to space. In this case, the adrenaline will appear on more than one occasion, so it seems more for an adult audience (oops, that sounds bad). Are you willing to enroll in the Rebel Alliance? Then may the force be with you!

Where: Discoveryland area

Indiana Jones Peril Temple

We continue with strong emotions: this is undoubtedly one of the great jewels of the park. Another roller coaster, in this case outside, which we do not recommend to smaller travelers. Pure adrenaline!

Where: Adventurland area

Mad Hatter's Tea Cups

Ok, for many it lacks charm but for me, crazy Alice in Wonderland, it is one of the coolest places in Disney J And maybe for you too, right? That being in a mad hatter's cup is not an everyday thing. Of course, if you are one of those who get dizzy ... almost stay down XD

Where: Fantasyland area

Phanton Manor

Ghosts, darkness, the occasional skeleton and a few screams ... this and more await you in the "house of terror" of Disney, although it does not scare you too much since here even the little ones are going to have fun J

Update: it is advisable to check if it is still closed for reforms
