As we do every year, we always return to Italy, one of our favorite countries, this year was not going to be less. And although a few months ago we made a trip to Rome on a weekend, telling us that this year on June 24, a holiday, falls on Friday, we began to think of an escape that would fit us both for days and for time. We are leaving trip to Lake Como!!
We will start this trip to Lake Como in 4 days in Barcelona, from where we will fly to Milan thanks to EasyJet and where we have opted for a rental car in Milan with which we will move to Como, which will be our base and where the trip to Lake Como.

The first day of the trip we will take the car to go to Tremezzo, where we will visit Villa Balbaniello and Villa Carlota, two of the best known villas in the area.

After these visits we will approach Menaggio, another of the best known corners of the Lake Como and if we have a little extra time, the idea is to approach Sorico, to enjoy the incredible views of the area, stopping around Como in Brienno and Cernobbio.

The second day of this trip to Lake Como We will use the boat as a form of transport, although we are not yet clear about this point and it is also that we have been told that the car trip is very worthwhile, so we will wait to be there to finish deciding what will be our transport of the day.
We will start by visiting Bellagio, one of the most famous and also most visited locations on Lake Como, where we want to spend a few hours to soak up the essence of this area of Italy.

On the last day of Lake Como in 4 days we have all morning and part of the afternoon before returning to Milan, so we will dedicate part of the morning to know Como, the town that will have welcomed us every day of this trip to go after to Brunate by funicular, an incredible viewpoint to Lake Como, another of the visits we have read, are essential.
